MNSTR Skate is a mental health companion for skaters and a not-for-profit initiative. Built from lived experience and personal research, it explores awareness, movement, and everyday practices that support mental wellbeing through skateboarding.

This space exists to normalize conversations about mental health in skateboarding, encourage self-reliance and mindfulness, and provide practical ways for individuals to connect more deeply with themselves through movement and daily practice.

MNSTR Skate is a peer support platform and not a therapy or crisis service. Professional support can be deeply valuable and is encouraged when accessible, recognizing that access to mental health care is not always equitable or affordable.

HEYA, I’M OLi

I’m a neurodivergent mental health advocate and a later skater. Being on the spectrum and living with C-PTSD has shaped how I process the world, approach healing, move through creativity and mental health. I’m a photographer + creative director by trade, raising a little human as I go.

MNSTR Skate is based on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded lands of the Coast Salish peoples, including the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səl̓ilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Nations. We honour the stewards of this land, past and present, and remain committed to learning, listening, and skating with care.
